Her thoughts were like a kaleidoscope
Full of flowery patterns and colorful shapes
Her hair hung in dreads of cerulean ropes
And oversized art was her path to escape.
The door to her mind painted blue
Closed tight with a padlock and key
But if you’re one of the lucky few
Give the password and enter for free!

…dreads of cerulean blue….LOVE your take on this image! “Oversize art was her path to escape”…..I wonder if we could but interview the artists of these images, what would they say and who are they? Your voice here, even though it’s an observing voice, does give substance to the artist. Well done! So glad you participated in the prompt.

I like the kaleidoscope thoughts and cerulean hair and the need for a password to enter for free.

Haha! Thanks Frank. I took a whimsical approach. Did you notice the door with the padlock? 😊

The padlock and key threw me because a password is somewhat different than a key, but I figured there is a way to get in–perhaps a back door.

Yes, but perhaps it’s a padlock with a keypad!

Oversized art was her escape. That line best describes this artist
