drifting through the swaying trees
waiting for autumn

kissing the field of flowers
bumblebees gather pollen
on dusty laden feet

dancing on the wind
petals from the golden rose
perfumed confetti

Carpe Diem Haiku Kai: Weekend Meditation #97

Author’s Note: In this crossroads episode, we have been given 2 haiku with which we are to create a ‘fusion’ haiku and then write a troiku with the newly created haiku. Below are the two haiku we are to work with:

windy weather
calling the flowers by name
each nods

depth of a flower
flying away with the bee
some mystery
