Musings on Life, Love, and Linguine-Poetry & Writing
Watching you watching me
what is it you see, could it be
the sway of my voluptuous hips
as my lacy nightie slips
over my inviting thighs?
I sense your desire
I hear a ragged sigh
slipping from your lips
as your heart trips
from the glimpse
of love’s abyss
yearning for you
as I watch you
watching me
vigilantly.

There’s nothing quite like kicking up the desire when you watch someone watching you with lust on his/her mind. Nice, sexy writing, Linda.

Happy to share with followers, Linda! Karen said there was flooding in Phoenix, east side. Is that close to you? Flooding in Arizona just seems a sad ironic joke! Hope there are no casualties!

Linda, you have me feeling all flowery and calm with your previous works, then I come across this.
Calm GONE. Every so often you give me this surprising jolt that I am not expecting to find here.
I’ll just say – Bravo.

Hey Linda — Hi poet!. Wanted to let you know I am “temporarily” sightless in my right eye from a retinal disease. It is a struggle fir me to write, but I will still wrote my pieces, going very slowly. Reading at any length is extremely difficult, and causes painful headache — so wanted to say thanks for contributing to OLN. But I won’t be able to read what you wrote, yet I wanted to visit. I spent a little time writing this best I could with one eye, i copied it, and I am pasting it in here to say hi. Got an operation coming up in about a week when the infection is down. Hopefully things will get back to normal.thanks, Rob
