Let there be voices raised in utter outrage
Where complacency and apathy once reigned
Rise up, Rise up People, Get Enraged
For greed has become commonplace
Create a beautiful space for goodness and grace
Where all are loved regardless of skin color or race

This is wonderful, Linda. It would suit the prompt at earthweal.com to a T – beating the drums of change. I wrote about the rise of indigenous people across Canada the last few weeks in opposition to a pipeline through their territory. If you feel like linking, I’d love it!

I very much am intrigued by silence raining. It’s a new thought to me and I love it. I may havee to play with it a little. What are other kinds of rain? Cats and dogs, of course, and meatballs. It gives the sense of being silenced and not choosing silence. I imagine in the raised voices, it rains no more!
