Soul Love

There is an opus resounding within my heart
A symphony of promise from many lives ago
Do you hear the ancient melody as it starts
to quiver and strum with our brilliant light?

 

Woven into a tapestry of gossamer wings
joining lonesome souls together in flight
when we rejoice our flawed hearts sing
for now, there is love that binds
I to you and you to me
forever in eternity.
