Star Swept

A promise made lifetimes ago among the milk glass stars
as music wept from clouds raining down their melody
soaring among the galaxies, defying time and space
living our own reality, a welcome finality
two souls undone in sweet harmony
as the symphony played our song
whispers in a star swept sky
The quote for today is:
“What beauty in this the darkest music over which you can hear the lightest music of human behavior, the tender connection between men and galaxies.”-Jim Harrison

Milk glass stars – that is fresh language! This is simply beautiful and the visual is exceptional. The wrapping around of the story is like a spiral galaxy; what a ingenious metaphor 🙂
