Silhouette

His silhouette slides into the moonlit room, I cannot see his face
only a fleeting memory gone too soon of another time and place.
As he slips into the bed his throbbing warm embrace
sends my pulse to race and clouds my star struck head.
The presence of him enchants as lust overwhelms the room
now I know that all too soon, my heart is forever doomed.
Possessing me with his maleness, I drown in his golden eyes
leaving me weak and breathless as he caresses my goddess thighs.
He takes me with a certainty that we are now and forever one
moving in love’s perfect harmony, as the moon and glorious sun.
