Lips I Must Resist

And though your lips I must resist will call my name aloud
still… my heart will answer dear with all the love allowed
For I will love you long after… the full moon rises over the sea
in my heart you’ll be forever even though it may cease to beat
You are the light of golden sun burning bright in the eastern sky
welcoming the rosy dawn so in the ebony evening by and by…
I’ll sleep within your strong arms, safe from the uncertainties of life
and there I’ll stay for eternity, as your devoted loving wife.
