I’m acquiring a piece from a friend (a painter), and I’ve written a short ekphrastic poem inspired by it. Since it’s not a known piece, I don’t know if it will be accepted as a submission, but I think I’ll give it a shot. I’ll wait until I can take my own photo to accompany it, possibly to provide some provenance, if needed.
