Musings on Life, Love, and Linguine-Poetry & Writing
With briefest brush of lips upon my tender cheek
Cool fingers trace a path down to my racing pulse
I know your true intent, the hot release you seek
With a silver touch creating your desired results
Cool fingers trace a path down to my racing pulse
Searching underneath folds of my silken robe
Releasing it from my body and exposing me thus
As pearly teeth nibble on my supple earlobe
Searching underneath folds of my silken robe
Unleashing passion’s heat with our fiery embrace
As pearly teeth nibble on my supple earlobe
My tortured heart skips to beat, leaps and races
Unleashing passion’s heat with our fiery embrace
I know your true intent, the hot release you seek
My tortured heart skips to beat, leaps and races
With briefest brush of lips upon my tender cheek

You know you shock me from time to time. Not the first time i had to go back and read you twice. I always expect beauty and nature and love in your poetry. But every so often you shock me with dark and sensual.
It is refreshing and quite stunning. Adds more depth to your writing.

Well, you know that saying- Still waters run deep… Smiling. I do like exploring my sensual side, but I want my words to leave more to the imagination so I choose them carefully. Thank you for your lovely thoughts.

You used the form expertly, and yes indeed, the sexual encounter was handled with a touch of class. /still waters run deep/–dig it. I liked /releasing it from my body and exposing me thus/.

An effective evocation of cumulative passion, which then ends so delicately with ‘a brush of lips on the cheek’ – very delicately done, Linda.

Nice rhythmic repetition. I especially liked this line: “I know your true intent, the hot release you seek”

I think the form — contained, constrained, repeating, woven — flushes the eros to wider burn. Well done.

One of the sensual and erotic poems written, for the calendar 2018. Think, my smartphone would burn up, if I wrote something like this, on it.
Linda, hope you and your family have a safe and happy holidays.

This has to be one of the most sensual and erotic poem of 2018. I know, if I wrote this on my smartphone, it would be melting by the midway point of the poem.
Linda, hoping you and your family have a safe and happy holidays.
