I never seen an Amaryllis before. They are beautiful, will have to add to my favorite things list. The title of your haiku invoked sense memory, made me think of a woman I worked with years ago. We were really good friends and coworkers, this was her name, she was from Guatemala. I wonder how she’s doing, if she still in the states? Anyway, loved this!
