Musings on Life, Love, and Linguine-Poetry & Writing
“Yes: I am a dreamer. For a dreamer is one who can only find his way by moonlight, and his punishment is that he sees the dawn before the rest of the world. “-Oscar Wilde
Catching glimpses of the In-Between
slipping through sliding doors of dreams
to a familiar place where grey everything
and nothing is the same yet is.
Déjà vu in hazy limbo, reality thrown akimbo
as puzzling murky thoughts reveal
which delusions are real
and that which is only make believe.
What is-was- and what was -is
for dreams with anamorphic scenes
are clips of previous moments lived

“Trapped in vivid nightmares and the in-between” — definitely not a happy place to be. I watch middle-of-the-night murder mysteries for diversion!! Somehow they put me to sleep.

That in-between stage can be murky and grey. Specially like this part:
which delusions are real
and that which is only make believe.

There is never real balance in the inbetween… just grey… a hard place to wait

My apologies for replying so late – life and work intruded.
I was hoping for a rhyming akimbo! and you delivered.
Thanks for adding to the Limbo prompt
