And if you ask, but where is love?
I will say as the twinkling stars above
so is love

And if you ask, but why is love?
I will say as the soft coos of doves
so is love

And if you ask, but what is love?
I will say as those hopes undreamed of
so is love

And if you ask, but who is love?
I will say, sweetheart, because
love is love, in you, in me, in love.
