#Triolet: Rebirth

Tiny seeds lie in wait for spring
As gentle rains soak mother earth
In budding trees, mockingbirds sing
While the seeds lie in wait for spring
Butterflies emerge, taking wing
When the land prepares for rebirth
Tiny seeds lie in wait for spring
As gentle rains soak mother earth

  1. Oh how I love the photo you used, the seed with its little casing cap. I like the gentle nature of your triolet. The seeds wait and know when to make their appearance.
