What stirs your body’s soul and
sets your heart singing its own refrain?
Is it a glimpse of mountain range etching a stormy grey sky
or a sunset across sandy plains of rustling beach grass?
What cuts you to the quick like broken glass?

Sometimes a stirring does come close to cutting straight to the heart. I like the parallel in this, Linda.
