The Healing Map

“It is often in the darkest skies that we see the brightest stars.”

― Richard Evans

Tiny dots
marking my pale skin
pointing to
the right place
bright constellation of hope
a path to healing

Shining through
like stars on water
when it rains
glistening
in the longest blackest night
before gilded dawn
