Ode to the Sun: 2020
There arose a cri de coeur
high atop the tallest trees
Songbirds begging to the sun
show us your lovely face please
Wash away grey winter’s haze
with your brilliant bold light
And we will sing of your praise
from dawn until moon’s light
We love basking in your warmth
preening our quills, taking wing
You light up our days with grace
while we sing for early spring

Ron had to go into Surprise for a dental appointment he said it was a wall of white and he couldn’t see the mountains.

We had one of those mornings last year. It was really dense.
