Musings on Life, Love, and Linguine-Poetry & Writing

Eden
-Linda Lee Lyberg
Darkness falls and I am alone
Emptiness abounds, no place to call my own
Wanting a love that will never be given
So in this search I’m forever driven
To some far off Eden in my mind’s eye
Where dreams live on and never die.
A beautiful green imaginary place
That’s filled with love and endless grace
The seven virtues with no disparity
Manifested Purity, Temperance, Charity
Apparent Diligence, Kindness, Forgiveness
A divine world where Love is witnessed.
Yet the greatest of these is Humility
For it gives a soul Tranquility.
Beautiful 😊
