True Faith

“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”

― Anonymous, Holy Bible: King James Version

True faith does not ever fear
What darkness holds, lurking in our air above
For the light of hope is flying ever higher
On whispering wings of a grey mourning dove

With patience this pestilence will pass
And become only a speck of dust in our eye
But we would do well to be humble and remember
That the sacred three-faith, hope, and love
Gives us the will to survive and stay alive
