Her Crown

The crown she wore was nothing more
than an illustration of inner self-
An ancient garden of floating butterflies
dancing in sundrenched air

Where golden legged honeybees
get drunk on riotous wildflowers
woven together in an intricate maze
of stems and petals and leaves
